How to get a refund?
Refunds can be processed no later than one hour before the session via website support or by calling the operator. The full amount will be refunded.
Is there video surveillance in the halls?
None of our halls are equipped with video surveillance. Our managers always welcome every guest as if it were their first time. We understand how important this issue is and pay special attention to it.
Can I bring my own food?
You can bring your own food and drinks or order from any restaurants/cafes. We offer fondue, snacks, drinks, and popcorn on site.
Really loved the cinema! The interior design is so simple, nothing extra. The staff is polite. The room is quiet even if the next room is noisy, comfortable bean bags. The restroom is called by the code word "Library" )
The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The equipment works great without any issues. Pleasant staff. Especially the guy who helps set up the Xbox / start the movie / figure out the remote control) Thank you!
