2. The services

The Website allows you to browse events and programmes, select seats, purchase tickets and receive electronic tickets. Tickets are issued only after full payment is successfully completed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by our payment service provider.
All prices are shown including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely by a third-party provider. We do not store your payment card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

4. Electronic tickets

After successful payment you will receive an electronic ticket by email and/or on the Website.
Electronic tickets are sent to the email address or phone number provided during booking. You are responsible for checking that the details are correct.
Presenting a valid ticket (printed or on a mobile device) is required for entry. The ticket must be readable; we are not responsible if a ticket cannot be validated due to your device or network issues.
Tickets are non-transferable without our consent.

5. Cancellations and refunds
